Parthiv Sheth, Vice President of Marketing in the Marketing & Growth Organization at AT&T, will bring his expertise in digital transformation and customer experience to the AdFest 2025 Fireside Chat Redefining Search: Marketing Where Consumers Start Today. With leadership roles spanning AT&T, Humana, Adobe, Hyatt Hotels, and KPMG, Parthiv has built and scaled marketing capabilities that blend technology with consumer insights. At AdFest, he’ll share how brands can adapt discovery strategies as AI-native platforms, marketplaces, and social channels reshape the landscape—exploring how omni-search, product feeds, and measurement approaches must evolve to meet consumers where they start today.
Parthiv is Vice President, Marketing in the Marketing & Growth Organization at AT&T. In this role, Parthiv leads content production, direct marketing operations and marketing capabilities.
He joined AT&T from Humana, where he was VP, CRM & Marketing Operations and chartered to deliver personalized experiences and journeys to its members throughout their lifecycle. Before that, Parthiv was with Adobe, Hyatt Hotels and KPMG. He drove Adobe’s digital strategy and operations across digital channels. At Hyatt, he led the technology strategy that built customer relationship management and marketing capabilities from the ground up. He also supported KPMG’s Fortune 500 clients like General Electric, Johnson & Johnson and Symantec to execute digital transformation in sales, marketing and customer care. Parthiv earned his MBA in Marketing from Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University. He also holds a graduate degree in Electrical Engineering & Computer Science from the University of Illinois.
