Joy Allen-Altimare is a seasoned executive with over 24 years of experience leading brand innovation across highly competitive and rapidly evolving markets. She has a strong track record of developing profitable solutions driven by consumer data, purchase experiences, engagement, and media and consumer behavior insights.
Currently, Joy serves as the Global Chief Marketing Officer of Saucony, where she spearheads the brand's strategic vision and marketing initiatives across international markets. With a focus on blending Saucony's rich heritage with contemporary trends, she is responsible for driving brand growth through innovative campaigns, strategic partnerships, and comprehensive consumer engagement strategies. Her leadership is pivotal in shaping the brand’s narrative, enhancing cultural relevance, and ensuring Saucony remains at the forefront of the lifestyle and performance footwear sectors.
Prior to Saucony, Joy was the Chief Revenue Officer for Havas Media Network North America (HMN NA), where she led the Client Experience, Growth, and Multicultural teams to enhance operational excellence and maximize value for clients.
Throughout her career, Joy has been a trusted advisor for organizations addressing growth, innovation, and technology challenges—helping them position themselves as positive disruptors within their industries. She previously served as Chief Marketing Officer at Kindbody, Inc., a technology-driven fertility clinic network and family-building benefits provider, and as Chief Revenue Officer at EHE Health, where she oversaw all revenue generation and drove growth across the company’s expanding product ecosystem. She also managed marketing, digital product, client success, and post-care engagement departments. Earlier, as Chief Marketing and Product Officer at EHE Health, she developed strategic initiatives and growth strategies that aligned preventive care products with seamless processes to elevate patient satisfaction and maximize utilization.
Earlier in her career, Joy worked with leading agencies such as Ogilvy & Mather, GREY, and Publicis, collaborating with top brands including L’Oréal, Verizon, and Colgate-Palmolive. She also helped publishing giant Condé Nast transition from its traditional roots to a digital future, providing strategic insights as the industry landscape evolved.
