Jeanne Jennings, Vice President and Group Director of Media at SOSEMO, will bring her extensive experience in multi-channel performance marketing to the AdFest 2025 Fireside Chat Independent Agencies vs. Holding Companies: A New Era of Media Partnerships. With more than 15 years of expertise leading media programs across healthcare, consumer goods, financial services, and entertainment, Jeanne has built a career developing strategies that transform how brands engage with audiences and drive meaningful outcomes. In this conversation, she’ll share her perspective on how agency structures impact transparency, speed, and agility, and the specialized capabilities brands need to succeed today.



As Media leader and business partner at SOSEMO, Jeanne Jennings is committed to developing work that transforms the way brands engage with their audiences and drives better, more meaningful outcomes. She leads a team that produces robust multi-channel performance programs that begin with ideation, strategy, and collaboration with stakeholders such as Creative and Analytics groups, then follow through with execution and data-driven optimization.


She is a seasoned Media professional with over 15 years of experience leading and managing healthcare campaigns in pre-launch, launch, and disease state awareness and education across categories including hematology & oncology, rare and infectious diseases, women’s health, mental health, pain management, vaccinations, and eye health.


Jeanne is a recipient of the 2022 Xpectives.Health Agency Vanguard Awards. Her work has also earned recognition from The Shorty Awards and MM+M Awards.


Prior to SOSEMO, Jeanne led Media and marketing programs at McCann Health Engagement, CMI, Healix, Mediacom, and Digitas Health. She has also managed campaigns for verticals outside of healthcare, such as consumer packaged goods, financial services, and entertainment.


Jeanne lives in New York City. Outside of work, she enjoys tennis (though she is a better spectator than player), listening to music and curating playlists, traveling, and visiting museums and art galleries.
