Brandi Watkins, Director of Media & Digital Marketing at Carter’s, will bring nearly two decades of experience in integrated strategy, media planning, and performance marketing to the AdFest 2025 Fireside Chat Redefining Search: Marketing Where Consumers Start Today. Over her career, she has led advertising strategies for more than 30 global brands, including Verizon, AT&T, NBA, Lenovo, Ocean Spray, and Warner Bros., and was named a 2024 Brand Innovators Women in Marketing Award recipient. At AdFest, Brandi will share her perspective on how brands are adapting discovery strategies as AI-native platforms, marketplaces, and social channels reshape the consumer journey—and how marketers can evolve omni-search and measurement approaches to deliver lasting impact.
Brandi Watkins is the Director of Media & Digital Marketing at Carter’s, where she oversees the strategic planning of advertising and media campaigns for the family of children’s apparel brands. With over 18+ years of experience, Brandi is an industry veteran that has led integrated strategy, media planning and performance marketing for over 30 global brands including Verizon, AT&T, NBA, Lenovo, Ocean Spray, and Warner Bros. She has received recognition throughout her career and was most recently a recipient of the Brand Innovators 2024 Women in Marketing Awards. Brandi is a proud alumni of Georgia Southern University where she obtained her Bachelors of Business Administration in Marketing. She is originally from Birmingham, AL but has spent most of her life in Atlanta, GA. She gives back to the city through volunteer work with local nonprofits such as Backpack Buddies which provides weekend meals to kids who are food insecure. Brandi loves to travel and has a life goal of visiting every continent, including Antarctica (she has currently visited 4 of the 7!) When she is not working or traveling, she enjoys spending quality time with her husband Stephen and their two kids, Harper and Oliver.
