🧳 What Do I Pack?

What to wear? This is up to you and is partially determined by the weather and what optional excursions you choose. For the dinners and programming, we recommend business casual.

Suggestions:

• Empty Water Bottle, Sunglasses & Hat

• Swimsuits for the Beach & Pool

• A Portable Fan (electric or paper) for cooling

• Shoes & Clothing for Each Occasion

  • Note: depends on optional excursions / activities

• Toiletries

  • Note: AdMedia will provide sunscreen and limited OTC medicines.

We encourage tropical vibes for the Beach Party, too!

🚐 How Will I Get To & From The Airport?

PLEASE NOTE: REAL IDs (or passports) are mandatory for traveling, even domestically. Learn more on TSA's website.

Shuttle transportation will be provided to the Ritz on Sunday, September 14. Once you land and pick up your luggage at baggage claim, the Ritz concierge team will greet you with iPads that say AdFest hosted by AdMedia.

Their team will walk you to the shuttle.

The maximum wait time should be 30 minutes.

The Ritz is about a 45-minute drive from the airport.

Shuttles will take you to the airport on Wednesday, October 9. They will arrive 3 hours before your departure time.

If you are renting a car, a rental car center is located outside the airport. The companies include Alamo, Avis, Budget, Enterprise, Hertz, National, and Thrifty. If you are renting from another company, there are various marked shuttles that will take you to the off-site rental car locations. Please keep in mind that insurance is a must whether you purchase or show proof of your own

To help with your packing, please check the weather days leading up to event. We have contingency plans for harsh weather but it never hurts to come prepared!
